Currently vacant and previous leasee was "Family Dollar"for over 20 years which is just around the corner with a larger space. Per Blue Island, "No liquor license" to be granted. Multiple parking spaces around building along with municipal parking across from parcel. Metra a few blocks away and bus stop in front of building across the street. City of Blue Island looking for new tenants with a nice business model. All of this work will be done by 05/31/23. Once all that work is completed the Village will come back out to give the building a final reinspect.
